Action 2011 – Part 1

Yesterday and today was the Action 2011 in Rheindahlen and i had to visit it.

It was announced that i would be the last time, that it could be held on the Rheindahlen Military Complex (RMX) as the Joint Head Quarters would be closed and the location wouldn't be further available.

There was a big open room with lots of tables and traders, and seperated from the large hall was a smaller hall with the bring & buy in it. There were some rarities and special lots to find.

Many of the clubs that attented were british, dutch or belgians. Most of the participation tables were historic, spreading from the antic over various civil wars upto fictional battles of the cold war. Fantasy and sci-fi were less common, but companies like Freebooter Miniatures took care of that.
