Journey of the Maulers: And suddenly…20 years later

WOW, I can't believe it! After twenty years and a total of four attempts, I have finally finished painting up the team. On the one hand there is a certain feeling of satisfaction to have finally completed a project, on the other hand it still seems totally surreal to me that this step on the Maulers' journey is done after such a long time. Especially when you look at the old and the new version side by side, it shows that the decision to do a repaint was worth it.

I must admit that I am a little proud - for me the decision for a repaint has paid off. The positionals are clearly distinguishable. While the Blitzers come with maximum armour and spikes, the ordinary Line Orcs only have standard equipment. The Throwers each hold a ball in their hands, as is usually the case. The Blackorcs can be recognized by their larger bases, darker skin and more massive stature.

Also, I have already played three of the six games in the first season of the reformed Maulers (a small match report on the third game will be seen here soon) and painted the first fans. How do you think the Maulers will do in their "first" year? Will they manage to become residents in a stadium? Do the different sponsors have any interest in the team at all? Or will the Maulers disappear into oblivion in terms of sports and business even faster than they have been resurrected? These and many more questions will be answered soon...in the Journey of the Maulers!

By the way, if you want to take another look at the course of the journey so far, you can do so here.

Greetings form the coaching cabin
