Age of Sigmar Warcry – Stormcast Eternals Knight-Vexilor
While the Stormbringer subscription covered some characters for the Stormcast, with still having to be released, it does not cover a bannerman. But this role is so significant, even on skirmish level, that I wanted to add one to my collection.
There are different Knight Vexilor models around, but I like the one from the 2021 3rd edition Age of Sigmar starter set "Dominion". But I don't need the entire box, so I grabbed one from eBay for a few bucks.
Age of Sigmar Warcry – Stormcast Eternals Knight-Incantor Regis Fulbringer
Not everything for the Warcry warband was used from the Stormbringer subscription, some items were sourced differently. For example I picked up Regis Fulbringer with the Getting Started with Age of Sigmar magazine - along time ago around 2018-2020. And then again, after that magazine was sold out, trough the Arena Mortis supplement for Warhammer Underworlds during the Beastgrave season.
Age of Sigmar Stormbringer Magazine 50 to 55
We have reached the 10th shipment of the German Stormbringer Magazine by Hachette, not only covering the issues 50 to 55, but the third premium add-on as well. Due to the split of the last shipment, some of you might get two boxes filled with miniatures within only 10 days. That is something!
With this set of six issues, we receive mostly paints and character models, but let us take a closer look.
As usual, you can find an overview on the issues so far over here, along with the detailed unboxings of older shipments as well:
Age of Sigmar Stormbringer Magazine 44 to 49
The ninth shipment of the german Stormbringer issues by Hachette was split into two waves. One half arrived before the holidays and the second half early last week, due to the warehouse being closed inbetween the years. This shipment has both Gloomspite Gitz and Sylvaneth in them, along with paints and even terrain.

Age of Sigmar Warcry – Ogor Mawtribes Tyrant
When you have subscribed to the Stormbringer magazine series, there are here and there optional bonus miniatures that you can pick up at a heavy discount. For example this Ogor Mawtribes Tyrant.
This came a bit as a surprise, for two reasons. For one you have to opt out if you don't want to receive this model, but as it was a third of the regular RRP, I could live with that and I wasn't aware that this was a plastic kit, as I thought this model was one of the finecast characters among the Ogor Mawtribe range.
Age of Sigmar Stormbringer Magazine 38 to 43
The eight shipment of of the german Stormbringer magazine by Hachette arrived on Thursday, October 17th, including the issues #38 to #43 and in our case the optional bonus miniatures of the Skaven Warlock Bombardier. This issue is a wild mix of Age of Sigmar factions. But more on that further below.

Age of Sigmar Stormbringer Magazine 32 to 37
On Friday, August 30th of 2024, the 7th package of the german Stormbringer magazine by Hachette arrived, covering the issues 32 to 37. With this shipment we get the second bigger premium content out of four, along with a shift of the Stormbringer content away from the Stormcast Eternals vs. Kruleboyz towards some of the other factions of Age of Sigmar.
Age of Sigmar Stormbringer Magazine 26 to 31
Last tuesday the 6th shipment of the German Stormbringer by Hachette, delivering the issues 26 to 31, including miniatures and paints.
Age of Sigmar Stormbringer Magazine 20 to 25
Last Saturday, on June 15th, the 5th shipment of German Stormbringer by Hachette arrived, covering the next batch of six issues, numbers 20 to 25, including the subscription bonus.
Shipment number three (issues 8 to 13) and four (issues 14 to 19) cover six issues each, and this will continue until the end of the run. You can find an overview on the issues so far over here, along with unboxings of the former shipments.
Age of Sigmar – Kruleboyz Man-Skewer Boltboyz
From our last shipment of Stormbringer (4th package, with issues 14 to 19), we received another batch of Stormcast Eternals and Kruleboyz miniatures, and among these are the Man-Skewer Boltboyz, that I would like to add to my Warcry Kruleboyz warband. But I didn't just want to build them, so I thought, why not share these in a review of them own.
They were part of Stormbringer issue #14, in this case the German run by Hachette.
Please note, these are the multipart Kruleboyz Man-Skewer Boltboyz, regularly available through Games Workshop at a RRP of 34 GBP or 44 EUR, which gives us a saving of 75% if we get them through Stormbringer. And further note - these are not the push-fit models from the older Age of Sigmar Dominion starter set, giving you much more details and bits to work with, but more on that further below.
