On the same day as the BitBox the Action was hosted once again as Re-Action in 2012 at Rheindahlen.

In 2011 i visited for the first time the Crisis, the largest wargaming event on the european continent. As a regular visitor to Antwerp, i went for the whole weekend - the city is worth it!
After a good 3 hours ride in the morning, we arrived at the Metropolis Centrum in Antwerp, and found a busy parking lot and already a rather long queue in front of the fair centre.

Already seen on the Salute was this impressive gaming table of Crush the Kaiser, but there is so much to see with lots and lots of details. The water filled bomb-out holes weren't done with resin or water effect, they poured real tee into the gaming table. Those crazy guys.

Yesterday and today was the Action 2011 in Rheindahlen and i had to visit it.
It was announced that i would be the last time, that it could be held on the Rheindahlen Military Complex (RMX) as the Joint Head Quarters would be closed and the location wouldn't be further available.

The second part of the coverage on the Wargames Convention Action 2011 in Rheindahlen.

And even more pictures from the tables in Rheindahlen.
And the last batch of images from Rheindahlen.
Let's close the coverage with this Dr. Who table.

Last weekend, the Guild of Fantasy Roleplayers once again hosted FeenCon in Bonn-Bad Godesberg.

As is usual for a convention, role-players, board gamers, fantasy and sci-fi fans and, of course, a few table-top gamers come together under one roof. So it's not unusual to meet "old acquaintances" at FeenCon.
Space Hulk was the long kept secret project for 2009. Games Workshop is giving collectors a limited 3rd edition of the space board game.

For 78 EUR, a total of 7,500 (German) copies can be purchased in German-speaking countries. One of these almost 4kg heavy boxes is also in our editorial office and we take a look inside for you.
In 2004 i visited the Warhammer World for the third time, and here are a few impressions from back then.
The Bugmans Bar and Warhammer World were re-designed. About the Bugmans Bar, as the Games Workshop Employees eat there as well, it has quite a selection of food, it's tasty and there are even some healthy options. Beside that, decent prices and broad choices of beverages.
And sorry for the mediocre image quality, i just had a small powershot back then.
