Dark Age Terrain
Inspired by Sigur (from Battle Brush Studio), i got in touch with one the local laser cutting companies and got myself the basics structures for some dark age terrain. I added a few stir sticks for coffee to give it a bit more depth. Quite a funny job and it worked out nicely.
Frostgrave & Battlefields in Miniature
North Star teamed up with Osprey and introduced Frostgrave. A Fantasy Skirmish, with Warbands gathered around Wizards and Mages of different schools, that explore the frozen City for treasures and artefacts.
More Movies and MDF
So while watching a couple of movies (The magnificent seven and An honest liar) along with binge watching the 2nd season Bojack Horseman on netflix a few weeks ago, i continued working on the Spartan Scenics.
Spartan Scenic Sci-Fi Set
A while ago, actually roughly 2 years ago, i bought over a couple of month the majority of the Spartan Scenic Sci-Fi System boxes. Beginning with the Starter Set in September 2013.
Italeri Tank Traps
Beside the Games Workshop Terrain i got myself the Italeri terrain. It is 1:72 or 20mm scale, but can be bought via Warlord Games as a repack for 28mm. It is the same, you just pay more for the different packaging.
Morrs Garden and Aegis Line
Morrs Garden and some parts of the Aegis Line / Bastions were still in sprues, as i found them.
I like the Morrs Garden kit, as it does not only fit into Warhammer Fantasy, but might be used for any Dark Fantasy or even Pulp settings. Do you remember the scene in Return to Castle Wolfenstein, when you fought Heinrich I at the cemetery? Let's take a look.
Christmas stocking
A whole month since the last update. Why is that so and what has been done in the meantime?
First of all, Khadorians, getting them done for Tabletop Insider. Its pain(t) in progress, but i got a bit further. Have to say, i have chosen poorly and would have been better of with the Minions like Crocs etc. as the miniatures are newer, have more detail and structure, would be more fun to paint.
